We absolutely loved our stay at Meadowland farm! the Shepherds hut was beautifully designed and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. the hosts, Simon and Lucy, were incredibly welcoming and provided us with helpful information about the local area. the surrounding countryside was stunning and we enjoyed exploring the nearby villages and taking in the breathtaking views.

The hut was well-equipped, clean, and compact. the location offered stunning views and a peaceful countryside experience. Facilities included a fire pit, gas barbecue, TV, and free wifi. Close proximity to the River Torridge added to the appeal.

Despite the unusually hot weather, the cabin remained comfortable with the double doors open for ventilation. The hosts had truly thought of everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. we can't recommend the Lookout Shepherd's Hut enough for a peaceful retreat and a truly unforgettable experience.
